We are pleased to announce our participation in the Salone DeGusto in Catanzaro from November 15 to 18, an event that celebrates gastronomic excellence and the authentic stories of our region.

On this occasion, we will give the floor to our professional clients—pizzerias, restaurants, and artisans of flavor—who choose Molino Madre every day for the quality of their doughs. They will be the protagonists of our stand: they will share their experiences and demonstrate their skills with a Show Cooking session.

Furthermore, this year we will be joined by Calabria Food Tour, with whom we will carry out a special collaboration: our clients will have the opportunity to participate in dedicated videos, designed to promote their business and highlight their artisanal work. The content created will remain the property of the pizza makers, to be shared and used freely on their own channels.

A concrete way to share what unites us: a passion for authentic goodness and the desire to enhance Calabrian tradition with quality ingredients and processes that respect the raw materials.
