The Tomato Pizza is made using the same artisanal process as our Round Pizza: thin, crispy, and ready in minutes, but with the added benefit of already being topped with tomato.

The base is hand-stretched and pre-baked in a wood-fired oven with a stone base, using our flours and sourdough starter. The tomato is added before freezing, so the pizza is ready to be simply baked and finished in 3-4 minutes.

A practical solution for pizzerias, bars, establishments with seating, and takeout services, allowing for faster service without sacrificing the taste of an artisanal pizza.

Available in two sizes: 27 and 32 cm.
